Just give me links! Perhaps the author should have included both QR codes and links to make it more accessible to more readers. I'm just not tech-savvy or attached to my phone enough to use QR codes. I wasn't wild that the meditations and breath work had scannable QR codes to take you to what you needed to listen to. I liked the variety in the exercise section, from meditation and breathwork to reflection questions to insightful fill-in-the-blanks and more. The author provides several useful images throughout, including a comparison of the conscious and unconscious and how to do EFT. The author discusses him briefly, including some excellent ones to help you understand the importance of making the unconscious shadow conscious. I like how the introduction breaks down what can often be challenging concepts brought to collective consciousness by psychologist Carl Jung. This shadow work journal is divided into four broad sections: an introduction to shadow work, shadow work exercises, shadow work journal prompts, and a section specifically to help you work with the shadow in real time.
